Sephton Henry was once one of south London's most notorious gang members. He started selling drugs at the age of eight, and had been to prison seven times by the time he was 23. He realised his life was spiralling out of control and decided to make a change. Sephton now works with charity Gangsline, which helps young people and community staff to tackle gang culture. Peggy is 96. When she was eight she began using the Charles Thompson's Mission in Birkenhead, which helps the homeless, poor and needy. When she turned 16, Peggy decided to give back and has been volunteering at the mission ever since. During her time, Peggy has seen some of the most vulnerable people needing care, but she believes that things have improved and that the support systems like those of the mission are helping individuals in the toughest of circumstances. London barber Anderson Boyce set up a scheme to give free hair cuts to young people who are out of work. He teamed up with a local job centre to offer the service to those going for job interviews.
